In the wake of the United States’ exit from the Paris climate accord, much of the country is looking to South Florida for leadership and inspiration in climate adaptation. County commissioners and mayors across the region are taking action to adapt to climate change and rising sea levels, incorporating sea level and climate projections into current and future city planning.
