Draft Regional Climate Action Plan

This Draft of the Southeast Florida Regional Climate Action Plan provides a framework for regional scale action to reduce emissions and prepare Southeast Florida for the impacts of global climate change.  While this draft document represents the cumulative effort and expertise of over 100 stakeholders, we are keen to hear your thoughts, ideas and suggestions for improving this Draft Plan.  We are also hopeful that other local governments, educators, nonprofits and businesses will step forward in making specific commitments to help implement one or more of the recommendations provided within this draft.  We will be accepting your comments for a 90 day period ending Friday, March 16, 2012 after which we will compile all comments received into a final plan for presentation to the respective Boards of County Commissioners of the Compact Counties.
